It has been found that the nature can provide us with a lot of materials that keep our cv system healthy without any side effects. they have some therapeutic effect and preventive properities as:
1- Hibiscus tea (cold or hot) it leads to regulate the BP and 2-3 cups a day lower BP by about 20/10 mmHg, also it lower the bad effect of LDL and raise HDL it lower total cholesterol. In comparison to black tea its effect on BP is permanent, but the addition of sugar leads to increase triglycerides.
2- Garlic is well known that it cleans the artreries form plaque formation, it lower LDL and increase HDL. It lower the incidence of atherosclerosis, it lower high BP, improve general health and strong antiseptic.
3- Onion (sweet and regular) also plays rule on the progression of atherosclerosis it is anciently called as cardiac tonic, specially spring onion.
4- Olive Oil well known since old times to help in general health and antiaging, it regulate the lipid profile, improve vessel tone and health, prevent atherosclerosis and increases HDL and lower LDL.
5- Flax Sseed Oil known to clean up arteries fome the atherosclerosis and plaques formation.
6- Omega 3 plus as supplemented drugs or fish consumptiom 3 times a week leads to improving heart health and vessels integrity, it is very important to keep coronary and cerebral vessels healthy and clean from atherosclerosis. also olive oil, flax seed oil and omega 3 plus are known substances to improve cerebral function and prevention of alzehimer and for treatment of D.S
